About Doug
Raised in a rural environment in where all maintenance and repairs formed part of daily life provided me with a firm foundation when setting out on my career. This environment installs drive and determination to “Get things done” and becomes an integral part of everything you do.

As time served mechanical engineer, I started out my career overhauling, installing, and commissioning rotating machinery followed by leading key operational and maintenance roles for major clients in a highly demanding and heavily regulated environment.
Received recognition on numerous occasions over the years for safely delivering client’s safety & business critical equipment back to service which I believe is directly attributed to the knowledge and work ethic instilled during my formative years.
